- 2 Recent Passport Size Photographs of the student.
- Copy of Student's B-Form (NADRA).
- Copy of Father's / Guardian's CNIC.
- School Leaving Certificate (if applicable from previous school).
- Previous Academic Result Cards / Board Result (for Class 9 & above).
